Your booking

Can I book same day?

Same day appointments are subject to availability. The best way to check is through our online booking system, which shows live availability. If nothing is showing, feel free to get in touch via email and we'll do our best to help.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes — you can book an appointment on behalf of someone else. Just make sure their name and any relevant health information is included at the point of booking. If you're gifting a treatment, a gift voucher might be a simpler option as it lets the recipient choose their own appointment time.

What if I need to change my treatment after booking?

If you need to swap your treatment, please get in touch as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may affect your booking fee depending on the difference in price. We'll always do our best to accommodate you.

What to expect

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable that you don't mind being adjusted during your treatment. For waxing and massage treatments, you'll be given towels and privacy throughout — you won't need to worry about what you have on underneath.

Should I arrive with a clean face for facials?

You're welcome to arrive wearing makeup — your facial will begin with a thorough cleanse. However, if you'd prefer to arrive with a clean face, that's absolutely fine too.

How early should I arrive?

We ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment. The pod is a private, appointment-only space so arriving too early may mean waiting outside if a previous appointment is still finishing.

What if I'm pregnant?

We offer a specialist pregnancy massage from the second trimester onwards. For other treatments, please mention your pregnancy when booking so we can confirm suitability and make any necessary adjustments. Some treatments may not be suitable depending on how far along you are.
Patch Testing

Tinting & patch tests

What happens at a patch test?

A patch test involves applying a small amount of the tinting product behind your ear or on your inner arm. You'll then leave it for 48 hours and check for any reaction before your appointment. The test itself takes around 5 minutes. Patch tests must be booked through the system and are free of charge.

What if I've had tinting done elsewhere before?

A patch test is still required for your first appointment with us, even if you've had tinting done at another salon. Products vary between brands, and we need to ensure you don't react to ours specifically.
Treatments

Treatment questions

Can I combine treatments in one appointment?

In some cases, yes. Please get in touch before booking to discuss what you'd like to combine and we'll advise on timing and availability. Some combinations work well together — for example, brows and a facial — while others may need to be booked separately.

What's the difference between BIAB and gel?

Gel polish is a colour coating applied over the natural nail and cured under a lamp. It gives a glossy, long-lasting finish but doesn't add strength to the nail. BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) is a thicker, gel-based product applied in layers to strengthen and protect the natural nail while also providing a polished finish. It's a great option if your nails are weak, damaged or prone to breaking.

Can I bring someone with me?

You're welcome to bring someone, though please bear in mind that the pod is a small, private space. For most treatments this is fine, but for intimate waxing appointments only the client and therapist are permitted in the room.
